hey guys does anyone know what the standard fuel pressure in the rail is for a 89 colt gt turbo?

ive added a fpr and im not sure what to set it on... the car is using stock injectors.

im also running 15 pound boost, do you guys think the stock injectors flow enough fuel for this level of boost? ive got a safc and am looking for some vr4 injectors at the moment... are they a straight swap over to the standard injectors? and what do they flow? ive also got a side mount 1g intercooler.

ive also got an autometer a/f ratio guage and it shows rich at wot... would vr4 injectors be of any benefit in this case? the safc is yet to be tuned though.

thanks for listening guys,
michael

forgot to mention i also have a hiflowed td05h 14b off a galant vr4.

Try this:
http://www.tb-racing.com/~mirage/index. ... 12&forum=2

Also, the stock 390cc injectors should be good to about 230hp. Assuming they are operating at full effeciency (ie. REALLY clean) and are being ran to a 85% duty cycle. That's also assuming 40psi of fuel pressure, so the number is going to be a little lower since we only have 37psi of pressure from the factory.

I HAVE to suggest that you buy a palm and get the datalogger from http://www.pocketlogger.com . This software is extremely cool and helpful with tuning your car. It's probably cheaper then buying a air/fuel mixture guage, and a injector duty monitor. Plus you can monitor timing, knock, air frequency and ton of other things.

It if has one, it should be a small plug next to the fuse box underneath the dash beside the driver's door. Wait, your steering wheel is on the right side of the car? Maybe it's near the passenger door? Anyway, look around the fuse box and see if you see a small plug.

well, its not near the ecu (which is on your drivers side in my car) so it must be near my feet somewhere... last time i had a look for it but couldnt find it, ill have a look again after i take my g/box out...

considering the exchange rate, the pocketlogger is pretty expensive though... then i need to buy a palm pilot which arent cheap over here!
