What do you mean not straight? I'd look into that before anything else. Band-aides work on cuts.

I use pipe tape on most of my threads, you may want to consider stacking 2 new copper crush washers only if it won't bottom out with one, or maybe they make thick ones?

Don't jb weld, that shouldn't be in your csm dictionary yet lol

Not figuring out what the problem is and trying to use sealant on the threads of a banjo fitting.

Yup, disaster waiting to happen. But I have run the fittings on mitsu turbos with tape and not had any issues. But the fittings worked and went in all the way as well. This seems to be going downhill fast with what looks like an bad outcome. You need to really stick with what people tell you. Some of the things you are doing or saying are far from being right and is what give DSM's a bad name. There is no need to hack ANYTHING on these cars with all the aftermarker support we have. There are so many bolt on applications the recipes have been written thousands of times now with success.

Figure out what is wrong before you go further. And please don't ever JB weld anything. Repair things the right way and save any trouble and heartache down the road.

My fitting screws down all most all the way but is a little crooked and not sealing the crush washer flush. Ill try some plumbers tape and 2 crush washers and see if the leak stops. Its actually seams to be leaking less on its own now hmm?

Your fitting should not be crooked at all. It sounds to me like you have a standard fitting in a metric thread or vice versa. You shouldn't need to use any teflon tape or more then one crush washer. You need to find a dsm buddy close to you to help you out.

Next Ill install dsmlink v2, 1050cc fic injectors and 255 wally, 3" down pipe and start to make some power :D

I have a fmic. I installed the 90 eprom ecu with dsmlink v2 as well today and it fired right up but it seems to be missing. Maybe due to the 90 ecu thinking it has 450cc injectors? Time to find someone to help tune it when I get the other parts installed. Also my front o2 sensor isnt cycling so I need to figure that out first.

Oh, didnt catch that. Just go into link and change your injector size with the proper deadtime and base pressure, that should fix the miss.

My guess is a boost leak if it is slower. Or it is knocking so bad(likely) that is is pulling a ton of timing. Your dsmlink may be set of for something different(injector wise) unless you went in and changed the settings yourself.
