I will try to contact them and see what thay say.

I think the diff itself fits in transmission but the problems are axles like you said.

The AWD (QDH8B) qualife has 25 teeth and FWD (QDH7B) has 27.

I have long axel from 90' 1G eclipse in my trunk, gonna go count them now.

I'm checking the axle catalogs at my work, and they all appear to have the same number of splines.

90-92 1g FWD and AWD use the same passenger-side axle part number, so that would tell me that the splines are the same. 25 splines on either side.

Mirage turbo is also 25 splines on either side. I think Quaife's catalog is wrong.

Yes I just counted 25 splines on 90' eclipse driver-side axel (long one).
I'm using Colts axle and they fit in the trany (so they must be 25 also).

So in the end it seams right what this dude said:
"turns out that the front AWD quaife can be used in the 90" FWD Tranny, but instead of using tapered roller bearings, Sealed bearings have to be used. "

Like you say FWD and AWD 90-92 has the same number of splines.
And if you compare AWD and FWD quaife you can see that they are the same width and length.
The only difference is inside.

So I think the AWD will be right.

I don't think quaife missed and made 2 more spline on FWD..
Because if you google it.. everywere it will say 92-99 eclipse.

Yeah, the 93-94 FWD cars have more splines, as do the 2G DSM's (95-99)

93-94 AWD's still use 25 splines though.

Ok so basically all 1G AWD have 25 splines no mather the year.
How much do 2G's AWD have? 25 or 27?

I would guess 25 because they say the AWD quaife fits 90-99 AWD DSM.

I know you are.. And I would love to drive and awd Colt or DSM.. But there is only one here in Croatia and my friend owns it.
So this LSD is the only thing I can do to make it a bit better..

It will improve handling a lot, and it will improve traction in turns, but won't do very much for traction in a straight line.
