That crappy solenoid also caused lots of headaches to other DSMers and CSMers because it sometimes decides to just stick closed. If you tune the engine w/ hat thing closed and it then decides to work agin, you'll be running too lean. That thing is a POS and should be taken off every car still having it.

so your saying i can just take that thing off , and run a vacum directly from the intake too the fuel pressure regulator and i wont get a code , or drivability issues, (even thow i already have some lol )

yeah, i took mine off cause i was looking at the schematics and the damn thing just seemed like one of those things that was pointless for my car. the only thing it could do is cause potential problems later on down the road (glad i thought correctly )
