So mods are... 16g.550's custom front mount 10lbs of boost gm mass air 3" with MaFT... and fuel pressure is 40psi at idle and wot 30lbs .. the car doseint brakeup anymore due to me fixing all the rusty ground and hacked up wireing install...

Is 30psi to low ?

I was thinking of puting in a walbro but just wanted to check

You're not supposed to have LESS fuel pressure at WOT than at idle. It's supposed to go up with boost. Either there is something wrong with your fuel pump, or your regulator, or both.

You can leave the rail and regulator alone, just upgrade the pump.

Your fuel pressure should be around 42 at idle, and go up from there. If it decreases, you need to check to see if your vaccuum lines are properly connected, and that there isn't some kind of leak. I would not drive the car until you find the issue especially since it appears that the car is having a lean condition when you are in boost. If you don't sort it out, then you'll be paying for more than fuel upgrades.
