I'm running into big issues. I have 1g knuckles on now and the yoshi fab plates. I'm still wearing my tires. The top of my tire sticks out.

So, I picked up a set of Expo knuckles with 1g hub and they are about the same height. I'm running a stock lower control arm and my plates are all the way in toward the motor and I nearly fruit and banana up my front tires after driving under 200 miles.

From the pics I've seen, It doesn't seem like the CSM knuckles are as thick as the 1g or Expo. Not only does my tires get worn down. The front stick out more than the rear making it look like 4wd Ford going down the street. So when I say machined, I'm wondering if you can machine the knuckles or the 1g hub to fit and maybe that'll bring the whole wheel back in toward the car.

I dont' know if anyone else has run into this issue but I'm extremely puzzled... Help me please.

It looks like I have more space but I really don't due to the springs hitting the inside well.

Does anyone have pics of a Turbo CSM hub?

in the middle picture.. it looks like the center of the strut hole is farther towards the front of the car. (if u look at stock top hats u will see there offset) the shorter distance goes to the back.. so maybe try to unbolt the 2 14mm nuts and spin the camber plate 180.. and see if that will give you the extra adjustment you need? just a suggestion.

Slot the top hole on your struts. Zero it out. Then use camber plates to get the camber you want. I can take pics of mine if you want.

Yea. How they slotted it except top hole and inward. I think I took mine 1/4"or 3/8" in further. And now I can get negative camber if needed that extra bit

Very nice, I'll do that when I get home. I'd still like to see pics of your slot job <----LOL.

Does your front tires stick out more than your rear overall?

I just want my wheel flat on the ground at this point and stop ruining tires.

I just finished putting this setup on my Colt but its not an awd. I have Expo spindles, DSM wheel bearings, CSM 4 lug hubs, Koni Yellows, Eibach Sportline springs and Yoshi camber plates. I have my plates set just like yours, as far in as they'll go without the springs hitting the tower. That gave me 0.0deg camber on both sides without slotting anything.

Have you looked at the upper spring perches to make sure the hole is lined up with the hole in the lower spring perch? That's critical.

What size wheels and tires are you running? I had to get the fenders rolled on an AWD swapped Colt to get the tires to quit scrubbing.

It's all lined up. I'm running a 16x8 +25 offset(pretty aggressive). I plan on the slotting just to get the spring off the body. My rears are rolled and pulled. I had three people in the car and it didn't rub the in the back. Once all is said and done with my tires being flat, I plan on rolling the front fenders too.
