I know. LOL

We weld like the shade-tree mechanics we are. Amperage has nothing to do with it.

Looking good John :supz: I want to come up with a rear shock setup that allows huge tire clearance and good travel. I run awd agx's and a 8'' eibach spring with the bottom mount extended out about 3''. I am sure travel is awful even tho it feels fine for now. I like the idea of cutting the tower but I am to far into the chassis as is(Cage). Think circle track/4wheeler shock mounted in toward the center of the chassis, maybe off the cage. Just want to fit 275's without fender flares :o . BTW the toyota is killer. Keep up the good work COLT TIME!!

And more like I need to stop being a bitch and buy a new Miller. Only so much one can do with a 110

I would look at the Hobart 190, I picked up a 187 about 6 months ago for $550 at Tractor Supply. It welds better than my old Millermatic 135 which was 110v. I have spent quite a bit of time practicing and its awesome. Make sure you have the gas set right, the metal super clean and you are using the right adjustments and wire size/speed and it will do the rest for you. I have welded some 1/4" plate together and you can actually see it melting the metal, something my old 110v Miller never did.

The joints I picked up from jegs and used on my upper arms did not have the center big enough for those eccentric bolts. Old head bolts fit fine; I'll just weld the washer on there.

On a similar note UPS came by today when I wasn't home. I'll grab my package after work tomorrow.

The eccentric bolts fit fine in the camber ones.. I just need to cut washers at work today to center them up.

Looks awesome, wish I would have done mine like that from the beginning. I may have to redo mine before this season.
