I am just wondering If 2g Gst back shock will work on a 1g gsx if we change the top hats

I don't think that will work. Pretty sure the 2g suspension is way different than the 1g stuff. There's lots of options for 1g's out there, why not just do something that fits a 1g?

No, 2g will not work, they have a double wish-bone suspension (I think). I know it's nothing like a 1g.
