ya the one under 100$ was pimpy riders and we have said that. but id say prolly about 20 finished or started that browse this forum

I'm starting the swap in mine soon. I already bought the 91 Talon parts car with a LSD 3 bolt, and I'm building the W5M33 transmission from it, on my desk right now :rock:

wow im suprised anyone rembers me. for some reason my thread with the pics of my build was deleated, maybe too

detailed. anyway ive been working on the car alot and have made a lot of progress.

1.6 60ft
7.3 @95mph 1/8 mile on spray evo III 16G with no engine management, pump/race mix
7.8 @88mph 1/8 mile w/o spary evoIII 16G withecm link v3, e85.

i recently cracked a piston or broke a ring on spray so its down right now

well, mine is done as of last week.

1992 mirage 4 door

1990 6 bolt motor full rebuild
evo3 turbo
evo 8 injectors
coil on plug
balance shaft delete
arp full bolt kit
metal head gasket
50 shot nos

the rear end. is 1990 talon, i did all the metal fab
the front end. has streached a arms 3/4 inch. dsm cv's and intermediate shaft, dsm brakes and knuckles.

the body. has a subaru impreza front bumper, shaved rear door handles.
rims. 2gen talon tsi 205/50/16


so that is my car so far. she runs great and i love the look when you wax a v8
i will post some pics tomorrow

:P This is easily the longest awd swap on a csm, I remember you were working on this thing when I was a newbie here. I'm sure it will be a work of art when you're done though and I commend you for sticking with it.

Definitely take some pics of how you stretched the front arms, I was thinking about doing this so that I could use easy to find dsm turbo axles.
