Awd tranny has a LSD right? If so is there way you could the LSD diff in a fwd tranny? I know I should do some research first but i figured I'll ask you guys first,lol.

It has an LSD center diff, but the front diff is open on all AWD trannies except for the hella JDM tight EVO 3 tranny that has the wrong final-drive ratio.

ok I also heard that you could use a awd tranny in a fwd dsm becuase of the LSD is that true?

No...there is no LSD. When you use an AWD in a FWD you have to weld the center diff or use some sort of viscous coupling eliminator, so all you're operating off of is the one front diff, which is an open diff.

ok gotta :wink: thanks guys your helpful, I guess you learn something new everyday,lol. I have been working on dsms for a while I should have known this by now,lol.
