Thanks to all of the guys who have been nice enough to post their methods on AWD conversions, I have a good array of suggested lengths and shapes (eg., bar, box, angle, or channel) for making eng. support and rear suspension pieces. However, nobody mentioned the "thickness" for these shapes. I bought a bunch of stuff at 1/4" thickness. That seems hemongus. What are suggested sizes? I am wondering between 1/8 or 1/16th. Any help?
