Easy to say when your in ohio, Trailering your car 16 hours round trip wears on you for basically a one day event. But needless to say as long as I am not out of the country like last year I will be there.

I hitch a ride via United Airlines to be there, it's well worth the $300+ plane ticket and then the 5 1/2 hour drive from the Chicagoland Suburbs. 8)

t2fastalon - I really like the color of the car :D . Makes me want to paint mine like that, and not black.

Where in the States is this event? Cant really see me being there in the colt, but I will be making a couple of bike trips this summer down south.

My colt is white, but I just got it recently, so the car I took years past was my old 2g. Some of you may remember it for a couple reasons. I had gotten into an accident a little while before the shootout, and rocked it as the "fenderless wonder". Also, I used some lettering to write a little something on the back window since it looked so broke-ass.

We need to try to get 15 and have a CSM class.

Yeah this year is gonna be a blast...


Beer pong at the Ameri-host :( or Hard liquir, huge parties, Old bike racing, Jp and his antics, the ohio crew, and massive burn outs and the econolodge........your choice.


So at the least there should be 3-4 AWD CSM's at the shootout.....NICE!!!!!!!!!!

I dunno, I'm gonna be paranoid as hell this year. It seems like the local police were cracking down pretty hard on us, and it definitely pissed Buschur off a lot (like that's hard to do). Compared to other events that come through that racetrack, and that town, I don't even think the shootout is that rowdy. Whatever, it won't stop me from having an awesome time.

Yes, we're talking about the DSM shootout. It's in Norwalk, Ohio.

What are the shootout's dates? I would be interested in driving the red rocket down for the festivities, I've never been able to make any kind of event in person, and this might be the year if I can swing it.
