I think that a fwd is better for street seeing how there is less weight and fwds are awesome from a roll. Awds are killer on the track lowering ets and 60 foots. Also its so much fun spinning a fwd on the street to scare off some ricers and watch there faces drop with they see something unusual, lol. I noticed a big difference when i drive my awd galant vs my hyundai and it just seem faster in my hyundai on the highway than my galant, haha. Oh yeah this year i ran my car with only a 550s injectors, 2.5 exhaust, safc, and hallman boost controller on street tune. I ran a 14.9 @ 92 mph but i was spinning like half track so that sucked for me :-?
and also the bad part about it i didnt get a slip to know what my et or 60 foot was because they're printer was down, so all i have is a video of my run. I had drag radials which didnt help even though i had them babies down to a whooping 10psi,lol.

Also if you think about it you'll spend the same money either way if you awd it or keep it fwd because you'll spend the money to get traction with it beeing fwd. So it's like you'll spend the money on LSD which a quife is like $1200, slicks, beefer axles and etc... So i say either way they are both good and be perpared to spend some coin, lol. With me i think im going with a awd swap just because i have all the parts to do it,lol
