Ok.. there is currently a group buy that is getting sour. I figured I would make the first feedback thread to cut off any nastyness before it started.

So until further notice..

-1 for evol-art / dsmracer. :(

REMINDER: this is NOT a bitchfest thread. It is for feedback regaring past and present transactions. If you did not have a transaction then don't post. I will delete it.

Sorry we're lagging on this. The business is only run
part time. There is the possibility that due to a
recent amount of orders for these springs that they
may be on back order which will take 3-4 months to
restock unless you're willing to pay an extra $60-80
for airmail. Let me know if you're willing to wait
and I'll let you know the availability by weeks end.
I've won a buy it now auction for Whiteline springs for c50 sold around 240$US.

It took 2 weeks to answer us.

Thanks to remind me never buy anything from them and their auctions.
Started another thread by accident. *edit by Flying Eagle* Email sent to direct him here.

.... and I now pretty much oversee the updating of the For Sale Good Guy Bad Guy Thread, but even that has undergone construction; last point of note there.

I'd like to point out that this is the same guy who nearly doubled the price of my Mirage (from $600 to $1000), admittedly with no intent to buy it. And even worse, he has no remorse. He simply didn't want to see someone else get such a good deal (the guy was asking $600, prior to eBaying it).

I agree that his prior moderator status led to subsequent oversights regarding his questionable business practices, and think it would be in order to form a combined list of grievances (not complaints, but actual dollar amounts) from past and present transactions, so that we can get a better idea of what kind of shyster this guy is - if any.

News from paypal,

We've reviewed the evidence in this case and decided in your favor. As a
result, we have recovered funds from the seller, and $175.00 USD has been
credited to your PayPal account. This is the maximum amount covered by
PayPal Buyer Protection.

total purchase was 270$USD.

lost 95$US. We could make the total lost by every one who's been tricked by EvolArt.

Is anyone knows where that wise man lives ?
