Yeah, A bunch of the recent issues are due to the fact that the account is actually created under .com and .org is "parked" there.

In the land of properly set up computers this would make no difference however my current host LOVES making my job hard :)

I'm going to try and shove a whole bunch of redirectors and whatnot around so that .com just kinda pops up from now on. The ONLY difference between the URLs that show up is the .com or .org, the rest of the URL is identical.

Any questions? (I like .org more :()

I was gonna try .org, but it didn't work, so I tried .com and it worked! Amazing

But at first I couldn't log in, was gonna make a Guest post about it when I decided to first check if I could make the post at another place and then I suddenly was logged in. But I lost 2 PM's :( Thank god I didn't loose the nick too.. there was a PM reply window open in the computer, 2 days old

So, because "we bought into" the .com site in the first place, we are unable to give that up and properly redirect to .org? I liked the .org thing, but whenever, whereever the info goes - I'll be tailing close behind. 8)

My account is tied into .com as the main account. In order to switch it to .org we would need to delete everything and restore it. (not worth it).

It looks like when the moved boxes they rolled the database back some on me. We may have lost a few hours of stuff. (I gotta call them up and "talk" some more)

:axe:

At the present time, .com redirects to .org. I have no authority here, I merely tested accessing the two domains.

Yeah, we jumped hosting providers AGAIN since this post. I completely forgot it was here so I'm going to lock it and edit it up proper.
