im contimplating adding an ssl, anyone have any issues with that? btw it wont solve the current issue.

not sure what ssi is.. but if it helps keep the spam posters out im all for it...


I have noticed in the past 2 weeks I have seen 3 spammers...but they only post 2 times in 1 thread.. before they used to spam the heck out of alot of threads.

so something is working right

Site should be working fine, let me know if your still having issues with timeouts. SSL's have nothing to do with spambots, it has to do with protecting our database from any future hacks.


Our spam protection is still working pretty good. I think that humans are letting them in, then allowing the bots to post. Believe me right now a spambot every 2 weeks or so is alot better than alot of spambots, or having to do manual submissions like before).

whole lot of spammers in the past 10 days.. I just banned a guy who in about 10 min of being on this forum posted about 30 spams.

not sure why there here..but they need to go away lol.

So far so good. But I have yet to poke a lot of the button/functions. Browsing seem good, and all daily use functions are normal. Success?

Whenever it arrives. No biggie. :lol: Thank you for updating the site and keeping on the little things too. Whether or not we have said this to you, it is important to say that we honestly appreciate all you do here for us. It is in no small part that you have kept things together here, and keep the site moving forward. Hopefully the home-life doesn't know much about us! :rolleyes:

for some reason i cant seem to load images from the page it just has the red x inside the box?
