did you do this at the drag strip or you just timed it yourself over a 1/4 mi distance?

I would say there is no way its going to be in the 15s at 4k elevation, more like 17s

At denver elevation I ran a 16.2 @ 85 mph best on a completely stock 4g61t, but the car only weighed 2405 w/driver. Banidmere is actually located in the foothills and sits closer to 6,000 ft. But if this is on a N/A 4g61, i'd say expect maybe high 16's to low 17's stock at a lower elevation.

Quit smoking that denver hash.
You said "from the time the tires broke loose" That time period on the track could be 2 seconds of your run.
So on this make believe 15 second run you pulled off, what was your 60 ft time? Your 1/8 mile mhp?
When you run that stock 15, send my your addy so I can mail you a million dollar check.
Sorry to rip you a new one, but you need to be more realistic.

first, i dont live in denver chief!
second, the movie is a total of 17seconds long from the time you hear the burnout to the brake lights is 15seconds. now sound moves at around 800mph depending on elevation,ok so add .001 seconds to it REGARDLESS if someone wants to host the movie i have ofit i will upload it untill then savage and colt-r are the only two on here who can verify this like i said a HIGH 15 @ 90mph the only "mod" to my summit is the km206 tranny(and the airsielencer removal(if you can call that a "mod"))

sorry couldnt get the video to work, i would not think a 15 is all that feisable a stock one, you may have a little too much error in your calculation- like how exact is the 1/4 mile you measured, how exact can your end point be-->when i hit the brakes--I guess its possible it just dosent seem really likely but then again with enough slipping of the clutch i guess anything is possible.--you should take youcar to the track and prove all of us wrong--

i would love to but RMR is still closed and i blew my tranny, ok where i hit the brakes is a mailbox the 1/4mile mark(we runthe races there all the time)i started the run where i saw the burnoutmarks reset the trip-o-meter droveslow till i got to just between the 2&3 in the "white numbers"(as i call them)for thows who dont know that's a 1/4mile. when i got to that mark i looked around at my surroundings saw what was there, turned around reset the trip=o=meter again (just to verify) got back to the burnout marks yup same distance, soi flashed savage twicehe startedthecamera iwent forit, when i gotclosetomymark ilooked around saw the mailbox hit the breaks and begun the downshifting, turned around pickedupjosh and left, now if someone want'sto sendme a km206 tranny iwould be MORE than happy to do it again, OH the movie is in .mpg format Windows media player9 will play it

EDIT:if enuf ppl dont beleive me, i will re aip the movie untamperd with just as itwas on the camera before i loaded itinto my laptop -k-

Love,Peace,& Chickin greese

Thats a very unaccurate way to do it and as stated before you are just doing a guestimate with no 60' times or actual trap speeds...how accurate is the speedo? Mine said I was going over a 100 when the trap was actually 97. Not trying to diss you here its just HIGHLY unlikely that you could acieve 15's with your car in its present condition. Honestly you might see high 16's with a good 60'.
