So Bushcur dislikes Colts/Mirages with DSM motors because they are not DSM cars but they like Starion/Conquest enough to run 4g63t in them even though they aren't DSM?? I'm confused.

David Buschur doesn't hate Colts/Mirages. I know because I have talked with him in person about our cars and the potential they have. He simply has not had any of them come through his front door. He actually liked my Mirage and what I'd done with it.

Post subject:  Buschur vs C/M's

My criticism of the Buschur Shootout is related to the absence of a class for C/M's in drags, autocross and the car show, when 3000GT's are given all these priviliges. They certanily aren't DSM's.
My other experience dealing with Buschur's - buying parts and getting advise has been very good. It is the kind of shop I wish were in my neighborhood so I could hangout there.
I hope to see some of you guys at E-Town this weekend.

well the shootout was decent, got to see BM (or was it turbotrix) put their supra into the wall at 80+mph (launched the car horribly, missed 3rd gear, and got loose up top after the traps...car got sideways, almost got it under control and it went the other way right into the wall)

most of the nyccdsm cars were broken (my friends blew his headgasket, another spun his rod bearing) or were running shitty times...one of us went 11.90s...

There was a total of four CSMs, there...a nice silver one with a hairdryer on it (dont know whos it was, but it only ran 13.4 on slicks...maybe having probs?) and 3 white ones....ran into a bunch of my friends, including one with a lightning..very fast truck (12.50s)
