Went to the track for the first time in the colt, didnt do as well as I thought but I learned a lot and drove the car there and back, not breaking anything is always a good thing...

Mods: evo3 16g with race gas running about 23 pounds and all supporting mods 660's fmic pipes maft afc eprom with chip aeromotive fpr, kyb gr2s, bfg gforce t/a drag radials at 15 pounds

Got 4 runs in, best was a 13.4 @ 112. car spins, a lot. 1st gear all tire spin then second a bunch, car puts up a fight going down the track.

have two videos, before i even think of going to the track again there are some things i want to address with the car. one is a getting a shorter shifter, two is getting the car tuned better, 3 is putting adjustable struts to stiffen up the rear, then probably throw a set of 272 cams. where can i have a video hosted? and i scanned my two best timeslips.

Nice work, get those 60's down to just 2.0 or 1.9's and you are easy 12's.

8) Looks like she's treating you well man. I wish I could have gotten it tuned a little better and got a pass or two on it before I sold it but honestly I just couldn't bring myself to beat on it too bad after all the time I put into it. I guess I was scared that it might break and I'd have to work on it some more :P .

thanks, she is treating me very well. i understand, but thats how you learn i guess! before i even think of going to the track shes getting retuned, a short shifter, and those adjustable shocks, see if i can dip into the 12s, then for power i will pick up some 272's and throw the 20g on it that i have sitting in my room

imo sell the 20g and get dsmlink. 20gs aren't that much better the e16gs, u can make 350-400whp on the e16g and dsmlink. btw good luck next time out.
