Finally got some new times in with my new mods
16g
3"exhaust
water/alky
fmic
Maf-t
Custom chip

on 19psi

60'........2.25
330........5.98
1/8........8.78
1/8mph..89.28
1/4........13.1
1/4mph..111.68

on 26psi

60'........2.29
330........6.12
1/8........8.92
1/8mph..88.43
1/4........13.2
1/4mph..115.28

^^does that seem like a low trap speed for that amount of boost? The car felt great and the a/f was 11.5 the whole run

something happened to the 1/8 mile trap speeds, your 19lbs is faster than your 26 psi, you should have trapped well into the 90's on high boost, (like 92 to 94 or so) and trapped close to 120 in the 1/4th.

I think he's just getting more spin. I've heard of people on hre going close to 120 traps with the same set up. Me and T2fastalon have basicly the same set up now. and were both stuck around 112-115 traps

my brothers car with almost the same setup (no maft or alky injection) was running 90-91 mph on street tires, although it was in the low nines, high 8's though.

Your 60' and 330' times are hurting your traps. A lot of people attribute spinning with higher traps because you have more time to accelerate, but there is time dependency that comes into play. If you can make the car hook it will go faster, plain and simple.

Maybe with some slicks and a set of cams I could see a 120 trap. Boostfreak and a buddy of mine both went 119 with a 16g, you can too.

i got mine to go 8.8 @84mph on street tires, low boost and a 14b? i still had a shitty 60ft time, 2.2x.... even with more wheelspin (boost) i figured itd trap higher mph than that. I have a buddy that ran a b16g and trapped 120 in his old colt... then again we both have our exhuast cams retarded to pull a lil harder on top end... good run though man, 120 is deff doable ive seen it, hope you get it :)
