Took the summit out. mods are....

4g63
evo3 16g
3" intake
3" exhaust with 3" cat
2g mas
FMIC
660s
SAFC
cyclone intake
stock clutch
wieght without me=2260 pounds

205-50-15 hankook tires @ 15psi.....cheapest 15"ers I could get :D

I started out 18psi, 93oct. 13.1@112. 60' times were all 2.2s, some 2.3s. I couldn't seem to grip any harder. My method of traction was lauching at 3k and short shifting 1st and 2nd. 3rd still spun a little, but enough to get acceleration.

I was getting 19counts of knock, 16degrees of timing, and my AF ratio was 10.x on the dyno.

I put in a gallon of 110oct. Basically eliminated knock and added timing. Ran few more times. Turned the boost up to 20psi.

ran consistant 12.9s. slowest time was a 13.3 missing a gear.

best of the day was 12.90@115.9 and 12.94@116.4

I was reading this and thought those were slick times, then was even more suprised when I saw the runs were on street tires. Way to go! You will probably see a .5 sec ET improvement on slicks. :D
Stock suspension??

I just had my colt out on a couple weeks ago for a 'clocks off' event, and couldnt do any better than a 13.3@118 with LSD and all-season H-rated hockey puck tires. Best 60' I could muster was a 2.4.

Try this next time you go to the track.

stock suspension. My front springs are blue, but no idea what brand or anything of what they are. They didnt lower the car any that I know of. I did however put spring stiffeners in the rear springs for the track.

I only had 3 rubber stiffeners, so I put 2 on one spring and 1 in the other.
