Made a few passes today. 11.8@134mph. The car was so rich it was breaking up after 6k, but without a wideban or my logger, I was not going to f- with it. On the way home with the boost down, I took out 8% fuel up top and it cleaned up to the point were it would not break up. Now THATS running rich. Needless to say the car has more left in it. We'll see if I drag it to the track later in the year.

Let me drive it and E.T. will be king. You should be running 10's.

You've sacrificed the entire car to make it the "trap speed king". What's the big deal about sacrificing the tranny? :P

Its hard to get into the 10s unless you have really good suspension for drag racing. His car should run 10.9s with the proper launch and 330 time with that trap speed.

Bitch :axe:

If I can get a spare lined up befor the end of the season, I'll launch it hard and get the good ET. Until then, its just my driver, so it does not need to be broken. Also budjet is SUPER tight right now, shit keeps breaking around the house. (Water heater and Shower shit all in one week). Liev with moms but I pay many a bill.

:(

You just spin the slicks anyway. You have a turbo tranny in it don't you? I don't think you'll break anything with those baby slicks. If they will fit without rubbing I'll let you use the slicks off my Omni for the NOPI event and one track day for test-n-tune. I'd let you borrow them longer but they will wear wrong on those skinny wheels. See if Jerry will let you borrow the wheels I sold him, they're pretty wide.

Spinning=Not breaking also. You drilled out the 4x100 pattern on those wheels remember? dont think those would be safe for me to run.

Looks like you have your priorities set:
1. Stop breaking things in your house haha
2. Get a spare tranny
3. Get this thing in the 10s!!!

Keep up the good work!

I think you have things confused..

The standing mile race I was asked to attend in NC I could not go to. I still dont have my manifolds. since I am not paying for them, I am at the back of the line so to speak, so I suppose I can not complain.

As for the $ race, it is going to be 60-160 against a TT z06. forged 403, he wants to put twin 35r's on it, but they are hard to fit. When he finalizes his set up, I will post what I am running. I dont want to do so befor him bc/ I dont want to show up and he is packing more heat than expected b/c of what I am running.

I must try to maintain the minor advantage that I have.
