I'm willing to bet its a GLH/single cam dodge turbo 2.5 bottom end with a srt4 2.4 dohc head. That is such and easy build for these cars. Besides the Omni's cool, but a 2.5 Turbo Chrysler New Yorker complete with wooden paneling with that set up would be waaay cooler. |

Underpsi is right, it's that Frankenstein motor and not a 4g. It also isn't cataplt's car but one of the other Cleveland colt OG's. He's the one who built the 2g ladybug colt a long long time ago. And like the video says at the end, he does really deliver pizzas in it haha |

We used a 4G63 Harness, and its run off a DSM computer now if that makes you feel better. Yes, its a 2.5/DOHC head swap-with Mitsu Electronics. SUPERFRANKENOMNI. |

Hey just curious, what's the width wheels base of the car from left to right, hub to hub? If it's 56 inches, oh boy a 4g63t would have a new home in a omni's,lol. |

I honestly done know-but there is not much room in the engine bay-I would not recommend it even if the transaxle width was the same! Quote: I love those things. How much does it weigh? Its heavier than it looks-even with the Rusty Fab weight reductions its still 2400-2500lbs. Remember also. full interior DD pizza delivery status.

Quote: GLH's were heavier-but the weights I quotes was with driver
Ahh, that makes sense. 2,400lbs w/ driver is still pretty awesome IMO. That car books the fruit and banana out.

I've always liked those cars (being a former Omni owner). I got to test drive a new GLHS back in the day and it was torque steer city. Are you still running the stock transmission? |
