Looks good man although I've never been a fan of the blue interior that some automakers used in the late 80's/early 90's. I also noticed that your car has a plastic box by the battery, I'm guessing its a silencer. My 91 hatch doesn't have that. Overall its a very clean ride and I can't wait to see some progress on it.

yea the plastic box thing doesnt seem to go anywhere else. i assumed it was a silencer as well. my old summit didnt have one either. I also agree with you on the blue interior, but it is in half decent shape so with a good scrubbing it shouldnt look to bad....i hope. haha

Nice pick up, looks a lot like my sedan did when I first got it. You planning on swapping it eventually?

I'm not sure what I want to do right now. As of right now I just want to get it running right, clean it up and drive it

ecu died on me so im in the middle of the swap as we speak. 1.5 is pulled and junked already. i just pulled the head off the motor from my donor talon and will be dropping it off at dogbox racing to be decked, cleaned and valve seals. After the headgasket and timing belt the motor will go back in. setup so far is fmic, evo 3 16g, 550's, 2g mass, and chipped eprom. should be good for 9.0s@160

Love the blue. Exterior that is.

I think only sedans got the silencer box.

I have that Blaupunkt pull-out in my stack of 80's/90's radios that I refuse to toss. That thing is a beast.

Thats only the second trunk-rack that I can remember seeing, I think it was a rare factory option.

I second what Jason said ^

Forget that summit, you need to throw some turbo's on that Camaro sitting next to it.

I wish I could get a swap going for my summit sedan. Mine is black, 1.6, 5 speed. I love the sedan style, its sexy, and yours is a great example!
