Process:
Steam cleaned the outside body of the lights with a steam cleaner, Pressure washer would work fine.
Sanded the lenses with 2000 grit wet/dry till most of the scratches and chips were out.
Then polished the lenses with headlight polish till it took the flatness of the sanding out.
Threw them in the oven at 230 degrees for 35/40 minutes to seperate them.
Cleaned the inside lens and mirror with the steamer and lint free cloth.
Repeated the process with the oven.
put a small (1/16) bead of the clear liquid silicone sealant around the housing to seal it. (makes it look better than factory sealed IMO)

I pulled out roughly 1 tablespoon of sand and grit from inside the lenses since the guy lost all the caps that cover the bulbs leaving the lenses open to the elements.

Picked up some super white 80w low and 100w high bulbs. I'll see if that improves the palty lighting of the stock lights.

Obviously to CSM owners of the glass lenses this would not apply. But for those that did the BMW light conversion or have other cars with yellowing or chiped plastic lenses this will work for you. I was surprised at how easy it was. Mind you these lenses have a small surface area. All in all I have about 6-8 hours of work involved including the oven time.
