Just got the ecu today actually. I have no idea what it was, on friday I stuck the new autochoke relay in it from Chris, nothing, saturday dsm guy came over to help diagnose, cranked it over and she started!

Me: "What'd you do man??!"
Him: "I didn't touch anything!"

I took out the autochoke thing and it still starts. ALMOST ready for the road. I did cheat and take it down the street half a block and back though. 6 pucks are touchy bastards!

CAS isn't set perfectly and it doesn't want to idle. Did the tps+biss fixes but idk. Lots of loose ends before she's on the road (legally lol).
