Looks awesome Paul. I hope it works out great for you. Sounds like the car is going to be a blast.

If you need any help with dsmlink let me know. I would be glad to help in any way. If you even just want to discuss anything about it let me know. I would love to help out.

Fast times are in your future.

Steven

Looks like your right side lower control arm is bent tho....
You might want to check that piece.
I think that you are right. We did not notice it earlier and will get it taken care of.

Yesterday between Jim and Eric the mounts are welded in and the subframe got cleaned up and it is ready to go. The right shocks are in it now and the ride height is just about perfect. All that we need to do is mount the tranny and transfercase and measure the driveshaft then take it down and get it shortened then put in the gas tank and mount that and do the drive shaft mount. After all that I will take the tranny over to Fred to get it rebuilt and probably send out the TQ converter to get it restalled and then it should be ready for the track and the dyno.

Nope, not yet by the sounds of it. Looks like the end of season, maybe?
He only works on it when he has time in between checking his hair and lipstick

I bet this car runs low 10's by the end of this year just cause I worked on it. LOL. We are close to finishing it so look out for some good racing this summer!

You just have to work the bugs out of the car first. Bobby has had his car for over 4 years and he know what it will react like. You only having it running for maybe 3 weeks does not help. Your 10 sec pass is coming.

Paul. You read to do it all over? I want a rear end in my Mirage.

There is nothing better than lightweight AWD.

Man, I'm just hatting on you right now. Probably because I'm just jealous of yours and Eric's mad skillz. I cant weld to save my life so I'll just sit in the corner and pout.

We should meet up and swap rides for a bit, I'm real curious to drive an auto AWD CSM...simply awesome.
