I am selling it because I don't feel like going through the hassle of making the actuator work. It has the diaphragm on the side of it to flip the butterflies but I don't know 100% what is needed. The gasket in between the two pieces of the runners has desintegrated. One could easily make one out of cork material. I don't have pics of it right now but it's in great condition and I thoroughly cleaned it with oven cleaner and a pressure washer. It also comes with a JDM coil pack and PTU. I'm asking $100 + shipping OBO.

No it doesn't. I only have the vacuum diapragm that opens and closes the butterfly.
