I have a pair of wheel spacers that I don't need anymore. I used them to clear the bolt heads on the captive hubs to fit aftermarket wheels. They are roughly 5/16" thick and made of aluminum. $10 + shipping gets them. I think I paid like $10 each from the local tire store.
