FWIW the GVR4 tensioner and tensioner bracket is the same as 1.6L. I'm not sure about the compressor bracket though.

I was thinking elantra parts should be close as well. There was a Galant GSX at the yard a few months ago. It should have the same parts as the GVR4.

I do have the bracket for it but not the tensioner. That was one thing that was missing from my engine when I got it.

Check out my files collected there, as you will need what I pictured in the link and that was a 1.6L tensioner assembly and it was shared with the Galant's as others have mentioned.

Ignore the first 5 pics as those are of the 4g63 AC setup and it is not the correct part for the 1.6 AC compressor and bracketry to to be bolted to.

I think I have the tensioner for you Chris. Let me dig around in my pile'o parts tomorrow and see if I can dig it up.

Found it still on the motor, shoot me a pm with an offer and we'll work something out. I was thinking along the lines of $1,500 but if you think of something more reasonable I'll go along.

still need an a/c compressor? I removed the whole system it was all in working condition. and fairly clean.
