No offence taken :) . Priceline! Hey man, take it easy on me - I'm new to this MMC game... picked up the 4G15 as a hatchy, low-cost replacement for a 1989 Subaru JUSTY 4WD (ejected a rod through the block). However, I am catching 'the bug' a bit after reading around these boards. I just put those prices down to save peoples' time and establish a base-line - I am definitely open to counter offers! However, I just left my job after 8 years. :-?

Respectfully,
#89

Who's to say you can't name a price you are willing to pay for a part? The forum rules sure don't, and I see nothing wrong with this. In fact, it is a very efficient way to eliminate conversation between those selling used parts above your budget price range. Now if your price range is too low, well you don't get any parts :D Just my .02. Sorry to butt in on your wanted ad.

You would be lucky to find some selling these parts, let alone someone selling them for a price that you're willing to offer. I'd recommend going to a junkyard for pretty much all of this stuff.

Thanks so far CT; All,

Yeah, unfortunately Long Island region Junk Yards don't keep accurate inventory AND don't let you :( get your own boots muddy anymore. Based on the initial reactions, I've left pricing open. If you have these items and time to let me know how much you need it would be great.

Thx ,

What bolts are needed are for the "triangle bracket"? Can you put another bolt in them and get the thread size and pitch? Maybe estimate or measure the length? I am sure I have what you need but it has been a while since I took apart the auto seatbelt system and my current rig does not have them.

Thanks SCSM,

That's the problem... I took the remaining one off to go search my bolt bin/local hardware shops and seem to have lost it! #-o If you're sitting in the driver seat and looked down by your right pocket you would be able to see the driver side one... it holds down the 'bracket' that the shoulder belt runs through down there to keep it aligned... it had a coated cardboard washer of some sort on it...

Cheers,

Gotcha, I remeber that bracket now. It takes a 12mm headed bolt. PM with an address and I'll send you some for your first price of $5 plus the shipping. I do have some stock seats sitting around so I can check depth and thread pitch.

S,

To answer your PM (while sharing the pic info) = Just ONE bolt per side (2 total per car), pic below... One bolt goes through the first hole, then second (as per green arrows) ...make sense?

Thx again,

This is perhaps the greatest photoshop involving a csm that I've seen, especially for the for sale section.

Looking for a few items... for ('92 Base colt 3 door 4G15) will pay by PayPal or $ if your close.
If this means that your looking for a 4G15 engine I have one in my garage with less than 70,000 miles on it. It doesn't have the fuel rail or injectors on it though. I'd be willing to sell it cheap if you want to come pick it up. It'd be a hell of a drive. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. PM me if you're interested.
