Those engines are damn reliable. As soon as the oil is hot, they can be pulled to 7000 revs w/o doing any damage to them or increasing wear abnormally. At 5000 revs, they just have torque max. The 4G15 had tq max @ 3000, so 5K is indeed nothing to those engines. It's for them like 3K is for the 4G15. :D

IIRC the 4G61 NA torque max was at 5000 revs, too.
