how about a forum/sticky listing peoples SAFC settings with their engine mods (engine, ecu, injectors, MAF/MAS, etc...) something like this:

example only... i don't have an SAFC yet...

4g61t
4g61t ecu
550cc injectors
2gen hacked maf
small 16g
FMIC
190lph walbro
etc.....

settings:
1000rpm....... -20%
2000rpm........-25%
3000rpm........-25%
4000rpm........-20%
5000rpm........-15%
6000rpm........-15%
7000rpm........-10%
8000rpm........0%

---------------------------------
This could be a great tool for new SAFC users...

whaddaya think?

phil

If there were a lot of posts on the subject I would create another forum. Currently I don't think I remember seeing more then 10 posts on car audio..

If you're interested in a car audio forum, speak up in this post.

For now, I would just post those questions in the general tech section.

Can't wait to put some load on my 210amp alternator...

Wouldn't any gearbox-related posts just go into "general tech"?

how about them being posted in general tech, and when the proper answer and solution arrives, it gets switched to the archives or faq's?

saves alot of trouble as well.

qoute:"Funny... I thought the 4G63 was the car stereo!"

there's a radio in these cars?
