JasonCTC is doing some front bumper orders, and I inquired about REAR JDM bumpers. He says that I need a part number. Can anyone access CAPS and give me the part number? Thanks for the help. Bill Spruill

not much help, but I think you're going to have to find someone with a japanese version of caps.

ColtMax has it, i don't know if he's ever around anymore though. If not you can get the JDM or Euro Caps version here.

I think theres a couple different foreign styles though. The ones from the Cyborg RS or Colt GTi are the nicest

I've tried getting CAP's twice now from these guys and nothing. As far as I know there isn't much difference between our bumper and the JDM one. Maybe I'm not looking close enough.

Yeah, it's sort of a personal body style preference. The JDM is more squared off and the apron drops a little bit more. Right now my muffler shows below the bumper. I would prefer that it was not so much in view. I could modify it to cut out a half sphere where each oh the two tailpipes come out right at the bottom of the present bumper cover. Just personal.

:D Now that's a nice car! That is the bumper I want. Got a part number? Oh, and do you have flares on the rear tire wells? It looks like it. Nice.

I wish that was my car! If there are flares on that it doesn't look like very much. I can't see the panels being any different from JDM to US if the change was going to be that minimal..

Bill, theres quite a few of nice looking colts at www.coltmania.de. I think i creamed my pants the first time I saw some of them

the gti bumper looks "meaner" unlike our US/Can rears :-\ ......but i still think the C83A rear is the best :)

That's the rear fog light, a nice European touch. The other light is probably a regular clear reversing indicator.

I', thinking of taking the front lip from a 89 626 and adapting it to the rear of my car as the demensions and curves are similar. The 626 lip drops straight down and about an inch an a half. Lowering the rear bumper profile would definately help the looks of the car.

:D Well, this was some time back when I first posted. Since then, Tom Shafer has come out with his body kit. Now just waiting delivery.

hey, is that bumper in the pic a JDM bumper.....cause thats alot different to mine. Although i have the JDM Front and the side pods, my rear bumper looks a bit ... plain...maybe its just me.

Does anyone have the part number for that rear bumper yet?
