The shop I got mine from no longer exists. Maybe try Amazon.com?

Theres a couple ebay stores that supply them. Its a few week wait time and they are generally 900 but sometimes drop to $855.

Just another thoubt too I belive that fortune auto500 coilovers for an evo3 would also work with slight modification. Dont know if they are really a better coilover and they do cost more at $1200.

Are the rear struts/shock bodies the same length as our 3G CSM's?

no, i think i am wrong it looks like the longest the rear fortune auto evo3 coilover body gets is around 20 inches
which from a real quick search is still way to short. Stock csm is maybe like 24-25in long or so?

I just got a pair of Megan DSM street coilovers. They have rear pillowball mounts so putting them at a slight angle has no ill effect.

If you fab up an extension plate of 3-4" or so you will be golden with no other modifications needed. Fully bolt up. Quality extension assemblies wouldn't be more than $50 for both sides. 4x 1/4" stainless discs and a 3" stainless tube in the middle. The struts bolt to the extension plates and extension plates mount like stock to the strut towers. Megan also sells a 10" extension damper adjuster so you can easily adjust them.

I am making extensions out of stainless now, will post pics when complete.
