I am looking to add the gallery, but the way that I know how will be short lived, as all of the gallery plugins add photo's in 1 folder. Believe it or not, we are too big of a site for most gallery programs. I need them in multiple folders. HDD space is not an issue here. This is due to the 1000 file; folder restriction that I have with my hosting company. Keep in mind any hosting company that doesn't have this restriction...run away. It is due to limitations in Linux. If you have over 1023 files in a folder it will significantly slow down the OS.

So I am reaching out to you guys to possibly help me with adding a gallery that respects those permissions.

Additionally, I have no idea how to restore the previous gallery.
I have the MYSQL file, I have the files, but every time I try to add the database in PHPmyadmin, it says I need the UN/PW.

This is not due to lack of willpower, but lack of extra time blocks to experiment and try different things that forums suggest.

If you have any knowledge in this area, please help a brother out.

You might try contacting Diceman @ http://Forums.indystars.org. He is the site admin. We have a gallery there. Tons-o-pics. He might have a solution for you.
