Does anyone have any experience w/these? Can these hold up being in the engine bay for longterm like decades and beyond? Are they pretty strong? Picture of what Im talking about... the pic I got this from, someone actually used these to mount a slim rad fan. Used a piece of that to hold my honda rad in, didn't have any problems. Just as long as its thicker than can you should be fine. |

Bingo. The aluminum would have worked fine as long as it wasn't thin enough to suffer from fatigue. |

looks nice man! at least ur not running ur battery in the back..iv used those stripes for holding up the brake lines in bay & underneath car, holds pretty well so far. |
