Use the right fluid I guess. 85/140 Nice, tight suspension, light car, no 4th gear pulls. Its relatively fresh, TRE built. |

You use straight 85/140? You don't mix it with anything? What's the shift quality like with that stuff? Seems like it wouldn't work well until it warms up.

Seems fine. I started w neo rhd which is 75/90 mixed with shockproof light. It gummed up the trans bad so then I ran straight neo rhd. Too thin, started crunching after a few hot laps. Redline makes a good 140w but I think schaeffers makes a better one. Whatever you do, don't mix shockproof because within a few hundred miles you'll have a thick paste like goop at the base of the gearset. Works great if you open the trans up yearly. The schaeffers is supposed to be as good as motul but cheaper. If you run higher hp you just can't run something as thin as a 75/90. |

Good to know. I've been using the Redline MT90 stuff for a while. Last time at the track, going from 2nd to 3rd was a bit crunchy on the high RPM shifts. Might have to think about going thicker. |

Doesn't sound like the turbo came in very hard for that boost level |

I wonder how much power this would translate to on a dyno that doesn't suck? |
