Does anyone know much about this?

I got an email from a user who had to get his parents to sign an agreement that it was okay for him to be on here. They didn't really sign it, just put their name in the field and emailed it back to me. They are from Lithuania. Is there any harm in letting him sign-up?

I would've never thought that it mattered since the site is a car site...

Hell, I'd consider a kid from Lithuania dangerous. Let him in. It's not like we sell porn...though we probably should since we'd make a hell of alot of cash.

Let him in.. I don't see anything wrong with it. As long as we get all info as we should for newbie. Also, you might wanna record everything he post. Just in case in the future something happen.
