#22) THROW THE RODS OUT OF THE OIL PAN

If you haven't blown up some junk, you're definitely not trying hard enough. But the ultimate accomplishment requires rods to actually leave the engine. Try hard.



HAHAHAHAHA This was in an issue of Hot Rod Magazine from September of 2009. Makes me laugh.

They have a rating scale at the end:

1-10 Did you lease or buy your Prius?
11-25 Good start... keep going
26-50 You have 90W in your veins
51-75 Send a resume to...
76-101 We're not worthy...

I have never owned a muscle car or hot rod and I have done 10 of the things on the list. The vast majority of them involve going to this event or that or doing just ridiculous things like #70) Drive Five Italian Supercars in Italy or #57) Throw the Green Flag at a Nascar Race. I think for a guy that is into Mitsubishi junk 10 is pretty good...

I own three muscle cars and haven't done any of those, gotta start trying harder.
