Hi, I recently had to sell my csm, so I have been looking for another csm/dsm i checked this car out, here are some more details. needs paint, center diff is bad so i can use my fwd tranny, or get a another awd trans. interior is not so good, it had' a sun roof but they riveted and caulked on a piece of sheet metal "looks like crap. head lights dont go up and down. i wasnt able to here her run or drive her since the tranny is out. the mechanic at the shop said it ran good, but he is not the owner. on the plus side i have a complete engine, so ' if there are any issues that i dont know about i have a lot of parts. It had a police scanner in the dash, so i know it was raced. here is a copy of the add, and he said he will give it to me as is for 1k "he was asking 2000" i have this 90 gsx the car has alot of after market parts including safc2 tuning system, big 16g turbo, large front mount intercooler, comp cams, full 3in exhaust, greddy blow off valve. the bad is the car is in the shop due to a transmisison problem. |

What about using your FWD trans? I don't think that's possible.so i can use my fwd tranny, or get a another awd trans. I've got a CSM for sale, if you're interested. Not cheap though. |

We run a FWD tranny in a AWD chassis. And have been for four years. With that said, I would not buy it. Sounds like a nightmare. |

i could use my fwd trans, but that would be a waste since its awd. i think i will have to start looking out side of nm, or be more patient do cars rust a lot in Colorado? ive seen a few on craigs in col. im originally from boston, and hate cars with rust. |

My Galant came from CO. It had been there it's entire life and it has NO rust. I have been told that less salt is used in CO. But I am from the Midwest so I have no effing clue.... |

They only have been using magnesium chloride for a decade or so. They have NEVER used salt on the roads here. It is mostly gravel that they use though. But there is little to no rust on original colorado cars. My samurai has rust, but they all do. Some crappy cars rust like toyota pick ups, ford pick ups, chevy blazers and things like that. Things with crappy metal. But rust is not an issue in these parts. |
