I don't know that anyone knows what addresses are being used for those values. The problem is that the code has a few unknown opcodes and we can't figure them out. People like todd day and Mike from pocketlogger know them. But they haven't shared the information.

So with these codes being unknown it's difficult to get a good dissassembly. Most of the stuff that is known has come from emulating the s/w on a laptop with the ecu running the car.

Ok Time for more silly questions..

Do the 2G talons suffer from the same ECU problems with the caps and is the fix the same? I just made a deal with a local Repair shop he will give me $100 for every ECU I rebuild for him I just have to make a list of ones that I know how to fix I want as many ECUs on there as I can.... :) Not a bad deal and now he gives me cost on all his parts. I just got a fresly rebuilt stealth m/c for $120CDN :)

probably from a mitsu contact.

Does anyone know a mitsubishi employee? Preferably someone who could get ahold of the opcodes! :)

Rumour has it that Todd found some Japanesse contact that gave him the op codes and all the secrets... I understand him wanting to keep everything a big secret when he's making $$$ on it but I hear he doesn't even do the TMO thing anymore there is no point anymore to keep it a secret (unless he got a cease and decist order from mitsu or something)

It is possible that Mitsu put a cap on things, but I don't really think they'd bother. I have a few guys I can ask that should know someone or have access to the info. Only problem is everyone there is sworn to secrecy and if this stuff is under lock and safe then I doubt I can get my hands on it. I'll see what I can do. Can someone email me or post what it is exactly I'm suppose to be asking them. This is all new to me so I sort of know what is going on, but I don't know all the terms.

At a minimum, a table of "opcode definitions" would be good.

If you would like to be known as the dsm-ecu god, then a copy of the "commented source code" would be excellent!

hey guys, I just cracked open one on my 61t ecu's and it is an eprom!! What are the upgrade codes that u guys have gone through so far for the ecu that worked?
And what were the benefits from an eprom ecu for the 61t over the non eprom ecu?

thanks,

Jimmy

Any DSM code is an upgrade but a Galant VR4 code is the biggest upgrade
