Hey MirageGS, good to see you are still alive! Do you know what City or yard the car is located in?
If you happen to go by the car again, could you grab the build date off the driver door jamb plate, and the VIN is 2 digits short. No biggie, but
"ja3cu54" Z(check digit number) "ku062888" is how long the VIN would be; a total of 17 digits. I've catalogued the entry and thank you for posting it up, because you guys are my eyes and ears on this stuff. I don't think there will be too many yards with these cars still intact around here if they knew what they had.

Damn, there were three at the same yard here locally last year. Never crossed my mind to get the information. One silver(totalled on the passenger side), one black(nothing wrong from what I saw), and a red one(was missing engine and tranny).

Yard was in aurora, colorado. Pull-n-save. I think Bobby and Davis saw the black one.

When I bought the car it had a seized turbo, blew tons of smoke. It also had a bad throw out bearing which ruined to the input shaft on the stock transmission. I changed to a 14b, 450cc injectors, 1g turbo dsm maf, ecu, and transmission, koni dampers and ground control.
