I also saw a white Turbo Mirage on I-25 North bound the other day. It had an exhaust and tinted windows. The six that Nate speaks of are Lethalracer (nate) Black Mirage Turbo, dragstr4g61t (bobby) Red Mirage Turbo, Ian...(ian) Black Colt Turbo, was blue and now has Mirage reflector, thehelldonkey (mike) Black Mirage Turbo, 89MirageTurbo (eric) Black Mirage Turbo, hemicolt (davis) White Colt Turbo. All original '89's and there are more that don't post here but have been seen around.
There is also Grant who owns an '84 Turbo Colt.

It would be nice to get all of them at a meet, I bet there are at least 15 original '89's running around here.

I'll bet it was Tom from Paragon.

Wow, there must be more 200 GT turbos in Colorado than all of Canada!

haha, yeah. there are a lot of us. and tom from paragon had 2 for a while. there is also the one on parker near mikes moms apartment. I've seen a red one that i talked to one day, but haven't seen since. And also marcus martinez. But he hasn't had it on the road in some time.

It's funny too cause no one ever learns the lesson, they get beat by bobby, then look at my car and think it couldn't possibly be faster, and i whoop em worse. Then they are afraid of all of them and no one wants to race any of us anymore.

4 of these cars have the 2.0 swap.

I've never seen an original GT or Turbo. The closest I've ever come to seeing anything with a 4g61 was a 92 Summit with the N/T. And I only saw it from the outside. Completely bone stock, nothing interesting.

I'm so jealous!

Its crazy how many are around here, there are also several others I've seen that belong to older people and I was just contacted by a kid who just turned 16 and has a Silver Mirage Turbo and lives right down the road from me.

I had the pleasure of riding in one.

It was an experience I will not soon forget.

haha, yeah. first rides are always the selling point. Especially when you get behind a 2.0 for the first time. just ask nate about that one ;)

Hahaha, and it counts doubly when the car you're riding in has a FMIC and big 16G boosting at 20 psi, but doesn't have a seat belt! I still get nervous just thinking about that, hahaha.
