Well, the cash I was saving up for a 3" exhaust went to buy a evo lll 16g. We all have our weak moments, so I couldn't turn it away. The 14b was really starting to work well too, oh well, nothing like another 80 horsepower!
To those that have experience with this, do you like? Will 450's be enuf? With the 2g fpr and 17 psi , I'm currently only at 60% duty cycle.

450's won't do very well at all on the 16g, on a friends RS GVR4 that I was logging in the other day, 18psi was running his 510's at 96%.

That's a small 16g too.

what motor you putting it on? I have the evoiii 16g, and 450's. I have enough fuel to run 11psi, that's it. with the 14b, I could run 19psi just fine. That's all on my 61t

Well on my ported 18g on stock 450s with walboro I was at 96% duty cycle @ 14psi. But I think the 18g spools too fast and i just spin all the way through 2nd and some of 3rd. I would have gotten something that would spool a little bit longer. But for the price of the EvoIII 16g, you can't beat it.

evo 3 16g with 550's was reaching 83% at 23 or so psi and 45-50* ambient temps on 105ish octane.

my awd with 14b at 14psi and open down pipe was hitting 96% with original fuel pump, i haven't gotten a good log on the walbro yet.
