Post subject:  Conicelli No More??

I heard from my boss today that Conicelli got shut down...Mitsubishi closed that dealership because it was one of the slow ones. I forget who owns the place (DSSA i think?) but supposedly hes going to start up his own parts store by himself and still cater to the DSM crowd...


Mitsubishi is actin quick..thats 2 dealers I know of that got canceled this year. The one right around the corner from my house was shut down earlier this year...now I cant order parts without having to travel out of my way...

Where the hell have you been Matt? This has been covered before. And yes Josh, aka DSSA, is taking things over and doing his own thing. Mitsu doesn't just close the dealerships as far as I know. It's an owners decision.

Yea there is a post on this already, DSSA was just an employee of conicelli who is now trying to take over for the whole they have left in internet and phone orders at good prices. Mitsubishi does not take away a delership unless you really did something bad, in Conicelli case they could not move any cars so they had to stop the bleeding and just close down. Many mitsubishi delerships have been having trouble moving cars, just a ton of the mess that mitsu is in, I have seen brand new evo 8's for 26,500 on dealer lots around here.

lol im never on the board anymore...I havent seen any techy questions that apply to me...I'm doin my own thing now and the colt is seeing some serious work now that I just sold the VPC and the AFC. I just spent a good portion of today freezing my hands off (with gloves) working with dry ice and scraping all the insulation off the floorboards. I gotta find a few loopholes in the NHRA rulebook...
