At least the $50 dollar a night motel (w/ many permanent residents I might add too) should still be where we left it. Mohawk Motel ring a bell?
I'm up for that spot too, it seemed most of us could get to it and finding things on Mapquest is easy enough. I'll go anywhere that is central enough and NO I won't be bringing a spare Elantra this time. LOL

You could have the meet at the park at Lakeshore Blvd. and Parklawn (Etobicoke). It is close to the Q.E.W., has cheap motels close by, is right on Lake Ontario and there is facilities to BBQ there.

I'll second that. My Dad lives just up the street from there.

Oh, shiat we lost everything that was posted here over the past 5 days I guess. Long story short

Berserko doesn't vote for TO. KW London and Brantford top his list
Flying Eagle doesn't vote for TO. Brantford tops his list
Jeff votes for anywhere close and even offers his place in Brantford as the meet location. Good setup and we've been there before.

Hotels, food, space for parking and cops that won't bother us if we don't rip apart another car on the same location, should keep us inline.

Continue posting your thoughts and prayers (for they will go unanswered), oops I've said too much. j/k

Are you planning something I should know about Tim? Do I need to have my CAA card ready again? ;)

Not as such but if this goes well into the summer then the turbo will definitely be there. I am still waiting in the wind concerning the head and intake/rocker cover that I purchased from bmw88rider just before he moved, I;ve been waiting for 3 weeks or so and no word from him. I purchased a Palm and boost gauge on separate occasions from him, but this is leaving me a little tense - to the tune of $325 US tense! :o We'll see what happens, I can understand how moving from Texas to Chicago can take quite a while with all your stuff in limbo (especially the car parts that were meant to leave before you moved). Hrmmm. :axe:

Hello everyone

my last post was deleted in the recent mishap. So I have decided its time, the Canada meet 2005 will be held at my house in brantford.

Now I am thinking the last week of august so that anyone that was planning to go to the dsm shoot out can still do such and aswell come to the meet.

on a side note my car will be there, I sorted out all my problems and I am now keeping the car.

so for anyone that needs a map pm me and also tim flying eagle can help you.

Thanks

Jeff

Jeff, that sounds awesome. I will be there for sure. In fact, I'll make time no matter what weekend it is. I may have to bring a Toyota though.

Got a barbeque? I'll whip up some of my famous kebabs. :D

Brantford was fun, but I vote for somewhere more central like Toronto.
Just a thot-the Toronto area DSMer's usually meet at Yorkdale shopping ctr, why don't we show up too? I went up last year with some local dsm's and got a favourable reaction. Not sure when it is, but could find out.
