Well if you ever get tired of it and want to sell it back to me, I would give one of my kidneys for that car. I never should have got rid of it in the first place. My grandfather and my cousin were two of the most influential people in my life and for me to have sold that car so easily is almost like me saying that I never cared about them. Sure, to some people its just a car, but its far more than that to me. Which is why I said that I'm happy to see that it went to a good home. Somebody that's going to love it and take good care of it. But please, if you ever feel like selling it, I don't care if its ten years from now, get a hold of me somehow. I would do whatever it takes to get it back. Also, about the paint, that was my first ever paint job with a gun and real paint. That is 2009 Subaru WRX Java Black Pearl with three coats of clear. It cost me almost $400 just in materials. I had a lot of love and time into that car and I built it almost completely by myself with a very small amount of tools in a mud and gravel driveway. It took me damn near 3 years to get it to the point where I was happy with it. I took out a 2010 Corvette GS and a 2010 Lexus ISF with it. She was my baby. Give her a good rub down for me one of these days. I'm going to show these new pictures to my wife. She will be happy to see that it went to someone that's going to appreciate her.

Seems quite a few have moved on to other things.
It's nice to see some of the old timers hanging around. I originally joined in 2002.... my account got screwed up and had to re-register.
Hopefully I can find another colt but it seems it's going to be harder than I thought. It would be nice to get back to where it all started for me. I'm going to keep looking, I think I'm going to have to expand my budget a bit (Somehow justify it to the wife....wish me luck) and look outside of Canada.

If anyone in the north USA or Canada knows of Colt for sale, Please let me know.

Good to see you guys are still around. I guess I fall into the 'old timer' camp considering I've been around since '03. I still own my Cyborg too, so I should probably get on here more often than I do. I guess for me, RWD life has taken over, my poor Cyborg has basically been a lawn ornament for the past couple of years :( now it won't even start, I think due to my dodgy wiring job that I did back when I first went 4G61T about 5 years ago. I'll get it going again one of these days...

Speaking of old timers, anyone know what ever happened to 'The Ethereal'? Or even Bill Spruill for that matter (sure I saw him posting a few years ago?)

The Ethereal must have moved on, never saw a post other than a few before ... poof, gone.

Bill Spruill is hopefully doing better. I think he had the wind taken out of his sails, so to speak and his car was also in a flooded storage setup. Eep. Last I heard he was doing alright and still hoping to finish his AWD beast. I have a feeling that too many things were changing around him at the time, and likely the car was the last of his worries.

Great members while they were here, and will always be welcome!

Bill crossed my mind a while back. I hope he is doing OK. When I first came to this site back in the day I was looking for some GT seats for my first colt. Bill sold me two sets dirt cheap and even drove to meet me half way. It's members like this that really made this place home for me.

I was on hiatus for a little while, tried to track my old stroker colt down, but to no avail.

Picked up adamrx7 shell and finished the car. Its now boost spiking to 37 psi on an 18g settling to 24 psi ( yeah I know, needs a bigger turbo). Car is on ethanol too.

Good to see that the OLD skoolers are still around, once you get a csm, you never want anything else
