you're going to want awd struts, though even those are supposed to be about 2" shorter than stock csm struts.
i just finished an installation of cosmo racing coilovers. these are an interesting choice because you get to choose your spring rates and they are less than half the price of ground controls [$150].
i went with the dual spring setup with 6" springs @ ~325lbs/in [actually 6kg/mm] and about 2" of relatively very weak helper spring.
i just got back from a spin in the mountains and they felt incredible. ZERO body roll. they're very quiet, too. it was dark, so when i'm out pushing them harder i may have additional comments.
however be forewarned, i did have to spend several hours modifying the fronts to fit them. if you wanna know what you need to to do, gimme a shout. if you can't get your hands on a reasonably powerful grinder [~$20 @ harbor freight], don't bother.
oh yeah, the clearance after grinding was .5-1mm, so if your strut is any wider in diameter than stock, things aren't going to go well for you. i'm pretty sure agx's are wider; i don't know whether the lip on the top of the koni inserts could cause problems.
lemme know if anybody has questions....some of that last paragraph probably wasn't all that clear. ...dinnertime, too hungry for an edit...
hoorah for new options!
