Hi guys!
long time since the last Sound system post
I want to share my new setup with you.
It took me about 3 month to gathered every pieces and built it
Still some adjustement to do but it's quite finish

Door panel

Interior: you can see the radio relocated and the 6"LCD screen, custom white face guage and custom short shifter and knob

Closer look at the screen, settng buton are in the ash tray, Blue start button, another view of the shifter

The reason of my signature"Now running Windows XP in the car"
Compaq PentiumII 400Mhz(labtop Hard drive and CD) running all my mp3 with winamp and datalloger

Subwoofer JLAUDIO 10W0(soon to be replace by W3v2)

Next project: fit some 8" kicker sub in front door(post picture soon)

PS: I know all this stuff is very heavy and make my car slow but I love music and performance is not my main concern for this year(probably next winter ill change my mind :wink: )

Wow!

I really like the headunit in the vent position, do you still get any airflow from there though?

And how hard is it to make the door pods? Ive got 4" speakers in the stock position and have always wanted to relocate them to the door for better sound quality.

Im not a bass head (I hardly ever turn on the stereo actually as I prefer the engines music :) ) but it is something to do :)

No there's no more coming from this vent, it have been block during the instalation (it was not really usefull)

The door were pretty simple, just cut the checkered plate and insert the speaker in, there is allready a hole in the door frame, so no need to cut metal

I'll post a pic of my 8" sub tonight
